Making an Online Purchase:

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We currently accept debit cards, credit cards, Amex and Klana.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us at eshop@tynemouthsurf.co.uk and we will amend your order.

Shipping And Handling:

We ship via Royal Mail and other carefully selected couriers. You will need to sign for all deliveries.
We ship your order right away. Orders generally arrive within 3 business days.

You must inform us within three working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. If you would rather not wait you will receive an email giving you the option to cancel.

Tax Charges:

For orders made within the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included in the price you see.

Surf School Bookings:

We offer a 48 hour cancellation policy for surf school bookings. If you cancel before 48 hours we can offer you a full refund or lesson date change. If you cancel before 48 hours we will not be able to offer you a refund but may allow your lesson to be changed to another date. For any surf lessons reschedules within 48 hours will need to be re-booked within a year from the booking date. If the booking is not rescheduled within this time frame the booking will be lost.
