Goods purchased from the Surf Shop:

Items purchased from our surf shop can only be exchanged for another item or returned for a credit note. This needs to be done within 28 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

Surf School Bookings:

We offer a 48 hour cancellation policy for surf school bookings. If you cancel before 48 hours we can offer you a full refund or lesson date change. If you cancel before 48 hours we will not be able to offer you a refund but may allow your lesson to be changed to another date.

Goods purchased online:

We offer full refunds for goods purchased online up to 14 days after purchase. This does not include the postage of the item returned to us. Item must be unused and in original condition. Please send back to the address below.
